Awarded to Irene Schweiger, Executive Director of Sandy Springs Education Force

In recognition of outstanding leadership and service, each year Junior Achievement of GA recognizes r corporate and community partners who have invested their time to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy. For the past three years, Iren, on behalf of SSEF, has lead volunteer support for JA programming at North Springs Charter High School, providing personal finance, entrepreneurship and work readiness education to over 2,000 students.

Awarded to Sandy Springs Education Force

The Blue Ribbon Partnership Award recognizes outstanding relationships between individual Fulton County schools and their community partners. For the past three years SSEF has partnered with NSCHS to run the Junior Achievement and a Senior Push programs. SSEF has also partnered with SSCMS to run the After-School All-Stars program. SSEF was the only organization to be honored by two schools in the same year.
