Sailing Into Their Futures

Congratulations to the Riverwood International Charter High School students who took part in this year's Seniors Achieving in Life (SAIL) program. Almost 30 seniors (Class of 2014) and 13 adult volunteers participated. SAIL is a rewarding and effective program that pairs adult volunteers with high school seniors who need assistance navigating the college application process.

Sandy Springs Education Force named a finalist for a Georgia STEM Education Award

The Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) and the TAG Education Collaborative (TAG-Ed) have selected the Sandy Springs Education Force as a state finalist for a Georgia STEM Education Award. TAG and TAG-ED recognize schools, programs, and companies for outstanding achievements in promoting STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) Education in Georgia.
