The Teacher's Supply Closet, in collaboration with the Community Assistance Center, is available for teachers to request classroom supplies required for their economically disadvantaged students.
These supplies are meant to fill gaps for our disadvantaged students whose supplies have not been provided by parents or through organizations such as the Community Assistance Center (CAC), which distributes filled backpacks for some students at the start of the school year. Your school’s social worker can refer families to www.ourcac.org if you believe they could benefit from CAC's services.
Your request form will be emailed directly to the Community Assistance Center (CAC). SSEF and CAC volunteers will pack your supplies and deliver the order to your school. You will be informed if the delivery will take longer than two weeks. Our goal is also to support our teachers as much as we possibly can, with the hope that you understand if there are times when our resources are limited.
We are no longer accepting orders for this school year. We will start accepting orders again in the fall starting on August 22, 2023.
A heartfelt THANK YOU for everything you do for our students! Please come back in August to request supplies.
